I've almost 30 years experience behind the microphone, including 25 with BBC Radio.
I worked as a journalist, presenter and newsreader both in England and Scotland.
For the past six years or so I've been working as a freelance Scottish voiceover, with literally hundreds of satisfied clients across the world.
I'd like to think my professionalism and desire to supply quality as a voiceover artist are reasons behind that, but I've a sneaky suspicion that my warm soft Scottish accent has something to do with it as well!
I've recorded just about everything, from singing (badly) happy birthday to a woman in Brazil, who loved it, to being the wake up and motivational call for a stressed out guy working in New York's financial district.
Poetry, book trails, videos, IVR and corporate work and training as well as projects as an audiobook narrator, can all be done from either my home studio( ipDTL available) or an off site recording studio.
I recently narrated the English audiovisual presentation for the award winning Scotch Whisky Experience in Edinburgh.
I can turnaround scripts in a short period of time, sometimes within an hour of receiving a CLEAN script and time zones permitting.
I'm also an ACX audiobook narrator and producer with 7 books under my belt.
But please remember these are much longer projects and also take more planning.
At the moment I do mostly NON fiction.
So if you've an ebook that's already on sale on Amazon and you want to sell it as an audiobook, then just contact me.
Of course being a BBC trained journalist I can help with your scripts as well.
If you need them written or edited then don't hesitate to ask.
So the rest is up to you, if you want to use my beautiful Scottish accent for your next project,(voted the most reassuring and respected in the world) then contact me now and I'll see what I can do.
And you know something, I'm really looking forward to working with you on your next project.
